These Terms of Service ("Terms") apply to your use of wazaon.com (the "Website") and to purchases made on it. The Website is operated by Wazaon ("we", "us", "our"). By using the Website or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

3. Products and pricing

We try to describe products and prices accurately. All prices are in US dollars. Sales tax, where applicable, is calculated at checkout. If a product is listed at an incorrect price or is unavailable, we may cancel the order and refund you in full.

4. Orders and payment

Your order is an offer to buy. We accept it when we ship the item. We may refuse or cancel an order, for example because of stock availability, a pricing error or suspected fraud; if we cancel, you receive a full refund. Payment is taken at checkout through our payment providers.

5. Shipping

We ship within the United States only. Standard Shipping costs a flat $2.99 per order. Orders are processed in 1–3 business days and delivered in 3–5 business days after processing. See our Shipping Policy for details.

6. Returns and refunds

Eligible items can be returned within 14 days of delivery. Return shipping is paid by the customer unless the item arrived damaged, defective or incorrect. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 5 business days. See our Refund Policy for details.

7. Accounts

If you create an account, keep your login details private and tell us if you think someone else has used your account.

8. Intellectual property

Product names, logos and trademarks belong to their respective owners. Content created by Wazaon on this Website may not be copied or reused without our permission.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from the use of the Website. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you have under consumer protection law.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without affecting any mandatory consumer protection laws that apply to you.

Shipping and Returns

Shipping Policy

Where we ship

Wazaon ships to addresses in the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally.

Shipping cost

Standard Shipping is a flat $2.99 per order, no matter how many items you order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.

Processing time

Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.

Delivery time

After processing, Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.

Order tracking

When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account.

Orders with multiple items

Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You are only charged shipping once per order.

Delayed or lost packages

If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email support@wazaon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.

Incorrect addresses

Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
