Description

- Large Tank: It has a water-holding capacity of 240 ml and can provide up to 15 minutes of continuous steaming to eliminate wrinkles flawlessly. Note: Do not exceed the maximum fill line.
- Strong Penetrating Steam: This steamer creates strong penetrating steam and can be used for a wide range of fabrics (chiffon/silk/wool/cotton/linen/nylon, etc.).
- Power Requirement: Hilife Garment Steamer only use in 110-120V countries and regions such as the US, Canada, Japan. However, Plugging into a 220V-240V or not 110-120V outlet will damage the product.
- Attention: It is strictly prohibited to use perfume, essential oils, and other scented substances. After cleaning the equipment with detergent, please leave the machine running with water several times to empty the residual detergent.
- Brush Handling: Align the brush’s locking points, twist until it clicks to attach, and twist the opposite way to remove. See the manual or video for detailed steps.
- Follow the steps below to attach accessories to the steam nozzle: First, make sure the unit is turned off and no steam comes out of the nozzle. Then, select the needed accessory and slide it onto the steam nozzle, ensuring the holes on the nozzle align with the open slots on the accessory to prevent steam blockage. CAUTION: Do not attach accessories when steam is emitting to avoid burns.

Where we ship
Wazaon ships to addresses in the United States only. We don't currently ship internationally.
Shipping cost
Standard Shipping is a flat $2.99 per order, no matter how many items you order. The shipping cost is shown at checkout before you pay.
Processing time
Orders are processed within 1–3 business days after payment is confirmed. Orders are not processed or shipped on weekends or US public holidays.
Delivery time
After processing, Standard Shipping takes 3–5 business days. Most orders arrive within 4–8 business days of being placed. Delivery times are estimates and can be affected by carrier delays or weather.
Order tracking
When your order ships, we email you a tracking number. You can also check your order status in your account.
Orders with multiple items
Orders with several items may ship in separate packages and arrive on different days. You are only charged shipping once per order.
Delayed or lost packages
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated delivery time, or tracking shows it as delivered but you haven't received it, email support@wazaon.com within 7 days of the expected delivery date. We will work with the carrier and send a replacement or a refund if the package is lost.
Incorrect addresses
Please check your shipping address at checkout. If you notice a mistake, email us right away and we will update it if the order hasn't shipped yet. If a package is returned to us because of an incorrect address, we will contact you to arrange reshipment.
